3000-1. Top Level Program Manager SECRET – Minimum 15 years’ experience in DoD/Navy program management, Industry or Government technical management, or Industry or Government business management.
– Minimum of 15 years supervisory experience.
– Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in related field, or 10 of minimum 15 years of experience was gained because of in-depth experience and specialized knowledge in the related field.
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in communicating, interacting, and working among Senior Executive Service and Flag level personnel.

3000-2. Senior Task Manager Senior SECRET – Minimum 15 years’ experience with DoD/Navy program management, Industry or Government technical management, or Industry or Government business management.
– Minimum of 10 years supervisory experience.
– Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in related field, or 10 of minimum 15 years of experience was gained because of in-depth experience and specialized knowledge in the related field.
– Minimum of 10 years’ experience in/with Surface, Submarine, or Aircraft Carrier maintenance and modernization planning and execution.  Government Site (San Diego).


3000-3. Senior Engineer/Systems Analysts: Workforce Development (WFD)
Lead Instructors – Project Manager (PM) , Contract Specialist (CS), Port Engineer (PE), Shipbuilding Specialist (SBS), Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS), SECRET – Minimum 15 years’ experience with Navy Surface Ship Repair and Modernization.
– Minimum 15 years’ experience with Regional Maintenance Center Project Team Roles and Responsibilities
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering classroom instruction.
– Minimum 15 years of experience gained because of in-depth experience and specialized knowledge in the related Project Team Role. Government Site (Norfolk, San Diego).


3000-4. Mid Engineer/Systems Analyst: Project Support Engineer (PSE), Integrated Test Engineer (ITE), Assessment Director (AD) – Minimum 10 years’ experience with Navy Surface Ship Repair and Modernization
– Minimum 10 years’ experience with Regional Maintenance Center Project Team Roles and Responsibilities
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering classroom instruction.
Minimum 10 years of experience gained because of in-depth experience and specialized knowledge in the related Project Team Role. Government Site (Norfolk, San Diego).


3000-5. Mid Engineer/Systems Analyst: Curriculum Developer/Manager – Interactive Media, SECRET – Minimum 10 years’ experience with Navy Curriculum Development and Management.
– Minimum 10 years’ experience with Adobe Media Suite
– Minimum of 10 years’ experience developing Interactive Course Materials with Flash media and Adobe Captivate.
– Minimum 10 years of experience gained because of in-depth experience and specialized knowledge in Naval Education and Training Command Policies and Standards. Government Site (Norfolk).


3000-6. Senior Engineer/Systems Analyst : Integrated Project Team (IPTD) Lead Facilitator, SECRET – Minimum 15 years’ experience with Navy Surface Ship Repair and Modernization
– Minimum 15 years’ experience with Regional Maintenance Center Project Team Roles and Responsibilities
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience instructing or facilitating.
– Minimum 15 years of experience gained because of in-depth experience and specialized knowledge in Regional Maintenance Center (RMC) Operations. Government Site (Norfolk).


3000-7. Mid Engineer/Systems Analyst: Integrated Project Team (IPTD) Facilitator SECRET – Minimum 10 years’ experience with Navy Surface Ship Repair and Modernization
– Minimum 10 years’ experience with Regional Maintenance Center Project Team Roles and Responsibilities
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience instructing or facilitating.
– Minimum 10 years of experience gained because of in-depth experience and specialized knowledge in Regional Maintenance Center (RMC) Operations. Government Site (Norfolk, San Diego).


3000-8. Senior Engineer/Systems Analyst: Surface Ship Maintenance and Modernization Metrics Specialist SECRET – Bachelors of Science degree in STEM field (Mathematics, Systems Engineering or Computer Science preferred), Masters preferred.
– Advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods and experience in the development of measurement techniques and statistical analysis.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience developing process compliance metrics and identifying trends that affect quality, cost and schedule.
– Proficient in analyzing data and making recommendations to improve performance. Government Site (Norfolk).
